Our Pricing
Our Pricing
There is no question that adding a swimming pool to your backyard can increase its overall value, but it also is a fun way to bring together family & friends!
When discussing price, keep in mind that a lot of work is going to be going in to your pool project. If you read our Pool Building Process Step by Step, you’ll realize that this is no simple task.
So when someone asks us about our pricing – the real answer is – “it depends“. It is going to be difficult for us to give you a price range before we know what is the perfect pool for you! Your price could change depending on size, materials, and elevation. Your pool price can be effected in many ways, depending on several different factors.
Factors That Affect Price
Size
Size of your pool is a big factor that can effect the price. Some of our customers are looking for a basic 80 ft (25′ by 15′) perimeter pool like the one you see below. But for others, their perfect pool that fits their backyard is three times the size. The bigger the pool, the more materials it will take.
Height
Finished height of the pool is a huge factor. Every foot that the pool is out of natural grade, the price goes up. Natural grade is defined as any part of the pool that is visible above ground. For instance, we’ve built a pool with a 20 foot incline out of the ground that was twice as expensive as a pool that we dug that was built on a level backyard that was completely in-ground.
Access To Backyard
The construction access of the yard plays a big role. Depending on the size of the access for our tractor, it’s going to affect the construction price of the pool. In a perfect world, we would want 9 feet of access to get our equipment to the dig area. Some backyards don’t have the luxury of this much space, which is ok, but then we would have to use our mini excavator which could take twice as long to dig the pool. It varies on every project.
Pool Features
Pool features is also another aspect that will effect the price of your pool. As seen below, our basic pool package does not have many features. However some of our customers want different features like steps, waterfalls, bar stools, swim up bar, fire features, or even a waterslide. Depending on what features you want included with your pool, this could also effect price.
Some other things that could effect the price of your project:
Decking (Wood or Concrete)
Pool Covers
In-Floor Cleaning System
Diving Board (pools with diving boards need to be deeper)
Colored Lighting vs. Standard Lighting
O-zone/UV Lights
Outdoor Living (fireplace, pergolas, awnings, outdoor kitchen)
Fire Features / Water Features
